Even if you want to look much more made-up then your everyday look, you should still look like “you” on your wedding day. Your makeup should be a little darker for photographs but you want your look to be soft and natural, timeless and classic. You want to enhance your features and highlight your own natural beauty.

• Wear waterproof mascara, besides being waterproof, it holds up better than regular mascara.


• Always avoid facial waxing, facials, and any new skin care products at least one or two weeks before your wedding day.,


• Love to tan? We all do, but too much tanning looks artificial and harsh in photographs. If you burn, you might be dry and peeling for your wedding day.


• Drink plenty of water, it really does keep your skin hydrated, also use a skin cream that your skin is familiar with.

Makeup trends come and go, frosted makeup looks good in person, but not in photographs. You want to look back at your photographs and still love the way you looked. Your memories and photographs will last a lifetime.
